Barnstable Little League

The Major League includes practices that begin in late March with games beginning in late April. Evaluations are held in the fall/winter prior to the season starting and teams are selected based on evaluations and coach selected draft. The number of teams will be based on enrollment and the discretion of the Board.

Ages 10-12 (DOB: 9/1/13-8/31/16 )

3 games per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with 1 practice each week when the game schedule begins. During preseason there could be up to 3 practices per week.

The equipment requirement for this age group is a baseball glove, bat, helmet and cleats (no metal).

There are evaluations (information in the registration) required for this age group if you were not on a Majors team in Spring 2025. All players must register by 12/13/25.

Spring 2026

Registration for the 2026 Spring Season: Majors, Minors, and Junior Cape League (JCL)

Junior Cape League - ages 6-8 - season begins with coach pitch and moves towards player pitch by the end of the season. Generally 1 practice and 2 games a week.

Minors - ages 8-11 - player pitch - generally consist of 1-2 practices and 2 games per week

Majors - ages 10-12 - generally consist of 1-2 practices and 3 games per week
